Like other telecom companies in Pakistan, Zong also lets its user an online E-care account. Now every Zong customer can change its price plan, packages, can view your Zong logs, block unwanted numbers, recharge balance with a scratch card and can check SIM usage and consumption details with Zong Ecare account online. I will write a detailed post about Zong E-care account but this time, I am going to write about an issue that people are facing while registering Zong Ecare Account.<br /><br />

A few days back I was trying to create my Zong Ecare account. I navigated to <a href="http://ecare.zong.com.pk:8080/aiecare/index.jsp" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Zong Ecare website</a> but when I clicked on the sign-up link, nothing was happening to the link. I tried a lot, and even Zong direct sign-up link was also not working. Finally, I talked to the Zong customer agent about this issue. He told me that users couldn't sign up for Zong E-care account if they are using any browser other than Internet Explorer 8.1 or above. Previously I tried different browsers like Google's Chrome, Opera, Slimjet and Baidu. Finally I opened the Zong Ecare account website on Microsoft's Internet Explorer and the sign-up link worked. If you are also facing such problem while making Zong Ecare account then follow the below steps.

How to Make Zong Ecare Account</h2>

First of all, you should have installed the Internet Explorer 8.1 or above on your device.<br />

1. Go to <a href="http://ecare.zong.com.pk:8080/aiecare/index.jsp" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Zong Ecare site</a> using Internet Explorer 8.1 or above.<br />

4. Enter the CNIC # without dashes<br />

5. Enter the random key and press the submit button<br />

You will shortly receive the password in your SMS inbox and you have done. Now you can log in to your Zong Ecare account in any browser.

How to Sign In to Zong Ecare Account</h2>

Internet Explorer is not necessary to log into your Zong E-care account. You can log in while using any Internet browser. However logging in into Zong Ecare account is not as simple as logging into other accounts. You have to use a secret code that you will receive in you SMS inbox in the login process. Follow the below steps<br />

5. Now you will shortly receive the secret code in your message inbox<br />

Put the secret code and press the pin check mark symbol again, Now you have logged in to Zong Ecare account.
